We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. On orders under $100 we charge a shipping fee of $4.95
If we expand to additional regions in the future, all applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:00 PM (GMT-5) are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days.
Including processing, the total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the conditions below. These guidelines apply to both defective and non-defective products, including returns due to a change of mind.
Return Window
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
(Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify whether the damage was present upon delivery or occurred during use after receipt.)

- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear) can only be returned if unused and in original packaging.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
- be in new, unused condition
- include all original tags and packaging
- not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refunds
